To create a custom blogger post template you need to go to Blogger post editor.
You need to determine what type of template do you use or want to use on your blog. If you use the step by step instructions post template you need to pre design how you always use to it.
Then in the post editor design your post template. Add the necessary elements and format your template.

After writing your template’s format in the compose view go to the HTML view and copy the entire HTML codes.
Now go back and navigate to “settings” and scroll down to “post template” paste the HTML codes you have copied and save.
Now every post you will write you will have your pre-post template format automatically.
How to add pre formatted image for all your posts.
If there is the image you want to use for all your pages and you need the easier way than adding it any time you write a new post just do this it will appear automatically in your posts any time you write a new post.
Just upload the image in your custom post template in compose view in the editor and recopy the codes in the HTML view.
Go to your post template in the Blogger settings and update your posts template by deleting and pasting the new codes.
